LOR Question - lafafa

I did observership at a hospital at family medicine department. She wrote a lor indicating my interest in FM. Then I requested her to write another one not to mention any particular specialty.

Now, I have two LORs from same MD. Is there anyway I can use one lor for fm and the second one for other specialties?
