I've two questions in mind :

1) where to put MPH from USA in CAF.

2) If we get two LOR's from same american physician for two different sub-speciality,how we gonnaa confirm that right LOR is going to right specialty..? How can we make this more precise..?

2) you put down speciaty when you designate the LOR, then ECFMG will match both the name and speciaty. I confirmed this with ECFMG.
