what`s the drug for vanco resistant staph and what`s it`s MOA?

i think it is linezolid (act by inhibition of intation complex at 50s)

i hard about rifampacin not so sure

it`s quinupristin and other streptogramins which act by preventing attachment of aminoacyl t rna to a site of ribosome(how is this different from tetracycline actions?) and also by preventing release of the protein from the rivosome
