Hi everyone,
I have spoken to two friends who wrote Step 1 this week and both have told me there are numerous questions on molecular biology that are not even covered in the Kaplan course. Where do we study this material from?? They also said Patho questions were minimal in number and difficulty. Have they revamped the whole exam?? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Try "Essential Cell Biology" by Bruce Alberts, et al, 2nd edition, September 2003. Give it 1 week active reading and USMLE molecular biology would appear so elementary! Good luck.
