Please, i need help with the application form -

Hey guys!
I was reading in the application form of the ECFMG, JUST TO KNOW WHAT I have to do!, AND it says that you need to sign the application in presence of the dean of your school of medicine or for a consular official, notary public. I f I can get the signature of my dean, I am the one that will send the application or my school have to do it?Can you explain me please!!!
I don't get it!

what i did is to leave the document to the dean. he signed and they deliver me it again, so you can sign after that(with the same date of the dean´s sign). you will send the document, unless your medicine schools say something different...

hi christina, if u r a medical student then u have to sign your form from your dean but if u r already graduated then any public notary can sign your form and you can send it to ECFMG after your signature along with medical diploma.
