I have applied for around 120 programs, IM and peds but not a single call, my creds are 88/89/pass/80 all first attempt,
any idea?

man , u got to wait, let the double 99s confirm their interview dates,

with your profile, and if u need a visa, you will be called in as a filler later on in 2nd or 3 rd round of interviews.. this is not to discourage you at all, but it is also early in the game, but you will get calls later on so do not be anxious.

prepare yourself well for the interview and the competition.
