I'm confused by these two. how to differentiate?

hemosiderin is an iron caontaining pigment derived from ferritin
hemosiderosis, is the acumulation of hemosiderin withing tissue macrophages and is UNASSOCIATED WITH TISSUE OR ORGAN DMAGE
hemochromatosis..is more extensive , often within parenchymal cells and with TISSUE DMAGE, SCARRING AND ORGAN DISFUNCTION
