HEY you guys are right..its in our ERAS box, but no in our mailbox? how come? anyway i activated the FWD feature on my Gmail inbox so anything that comes in is automatically forwarded to my work email address..that way i can see it immediately (for those who don't have internet access all day)...

I got it, too. Maybe they only send this to people that they want to reject - a nice way of desensitizing. Don't check your email for three days, just to cool off before the shock comes in.
