the pt was prescribed doxyciline, but she did not complete the treatment, now few weeks later she is in your office with neurologic symptoms.
what is the treatment now.

neurologic st....the pt has to be afor IV treatment specially we know that she is complaint.
Suppose that for some reason she can not get ceftraxone,....an alternative is IV penicillin G ( 20 million units for 10 - 20 days)
