its the same scenario in other countries as well.right from getting bossed over to extreme humiliation ,treated as cheap labor.only difference is in foreign land there is no second chance, while in home country all they will do is fail the resident in final year exams.

i dont know how far its true,but i heard atleast there is a friendly atmosphere here in this country.may be its worse as mentioned above in some community programs where in the pd and residents come in from countries where in they were treated that way.i dont know.
