i have given my step3 but it was hard ,ccs cases were easy but the mcqs were very difficult .i just studied for one month .i scored on ecfmg step3 cd like 65% i am very depressed donot know what to do.please rate my chances getting through the exam.

Why are you looking to people for reassurance. This sort of emotional incontinence displays a high level immaturity. Just be stiil, be patient and wait for your results.

I just took step 3 a couple weeks ago,, and i did the same you did kaplan q bank,, and i though ccs cases were easy,, but we'll have to wait. According to many people ccs cases account for 30% of the test so i think you should be fine.
