mira if u really want to do it than u should use MKSAp 14(the llatest)
I m using it and it is officiall material from american college of physician and whenever i have doubt in something i check with it. And the Qs are really nice. HY facts in the corner are good to keep in ur notes. (i m talking abt 14 ).

MKSAP stands for medical knowledge self-assessment program made by the ACP for IM boards

I also found a nice addition to MKSAP, it's called prep for boards version 2
