I don't think that they do routine echo for Turner pt's unless they have evident symptoms of that. Lets say a decrease of lower extremities pulse at least

oh yes - ur right - coarctation of aorta - not endocardial cushion defects
infertile - yes - they have only 1 X but do u know there are turners females in this world who have become pregnant - X mosaicism some of their cells are XX some are XO

As far as I know infertility is seen in 100% cases. Mosaisism is a good optopn for Turner patient, but it will help only in the degree of manifistation of other symptoms

still I don't remember that echo shows coarctaion (especially postductal), may be transesophageal.. But it is imposible in infant. May be contrast study????

Coarcation...the best study is MRI of the chest.
