a friend had iv in IM and they asked her "what values or qualities do you have that make you a good fit for our program?'..this is a medium sized community hospital program in IM
she did not answer it that well altho she really has the gift of the gab.. any ideas on how one could respond?

An excellent team player, good communication skills is what they all want to hear. Dedication, knowledge and experience are all good, but then they are individual qualities. When you work with ppl, they want to know if u can work with a team.

tell them you are into water sports. the american PD's are looking for that key answer
