only two - isas

i have only 2 ivs in Im.i keep hearing people with scores less than me and same grad yr are getting more i.v s than me.i haveone ent pg inmy country.is it scince i changed the branch and apllied to IM the reason for getting only 2 i.vs.

Dear colleague when did you apply and how many? you should have applied to more programs of course if your grad. year fits them. Any USCE? uslor? It is almost impossible match in specialty which you have done before esp. ent, I am radiation oncologist from home country so I decided to do IM then hemonc here.

i dont know guys what drives you to take such a detour. you are in good feilds,some saythey come here in quest of higher education,but so much so that you give up on your feild of choice and go into something else just for the heck of working in this country?

i think to live your dream you have to learn to persist and fight against odds.not just get into something just coz thats the only easy way out.it does show to pds that you are actually intersted in something ,but getting into this feild half heartedly.forget about pds ask yourselves.
