I just got a result of step3. I passed with the score of 84 (205). This exam was really really difficult for me. I thought I failed because there are so many questions that I cannot even think of what they try to ask me. I used Kaplan Q book and NMS review and first aid for preparation.
Honestly, the real exam was much more difficult than the one of kaplan Q book and NMS review. The cases in real exam is not that simple as in kaplan Q book. First aid spep3 also does not cover the knowledge needed for the real exam. I recommend Crush step3 instead of first aid.
