sorry, this post should have been asked under step 3 but i thought more people who have already cleared step 3 may help on the issue of notary public. can i ask the bank teller to be the notary public?

the bank manager can do it for you,I dont think the teller can do it. or you can just request them for notarization of document...they will direct you to the appropriate person.

The bank manager or bank teller can't do it if they are not authorised. But yes, banks and UPS stores usually have someone who is authorised to notorize. Just call your bank to find out if they have a public notary. You will be asked to sign before them, so don't sign the document beforehand.

They may also ask you to pay them something like $2 which is the fee. So just do it.
