they give you a card with the name of a disease like fat emboli, anemia, hepatic encephalopathy,etc then you have about 10-20 minutes to think about the disease and make a case in your mind about it with work up and management, before they call you to get into the room for interview, so it would be a good idea to carry a pocket medical book with yourself.
