plz guide how to get observership or clinical exp - sg78

hi,

I m foreign graduate and have done obgyn residency in home country.I have cleared all steps including step-3.applied this match but not lucky enough to get an interview.

I wanted to have some clinical experience,so I have been mailing programms for observership.But nobody replies.

Can anyone guide me how do I get observership??

Observership is better or research????

OB/GYN is very hard to get observership or externship due to HIPPA policy, but if you are fourth year medstudent, it is not difficult. I may be wrong though.
