IN Q20 of etical notes it was said that the 20-year-old man was responsible of killing his GF and that Doc did the right thing to inform the Uni and the police while according to KAPLAN video lectures he is responsible as he failed to detain the patient (even though he did call the police and the uni but he let go the potential killer) who was a potential threat to his GF and we know that anyone who is a threat to oneself and others SHOULD BE DATAINED.

I don't how the other notes are, don't have time to go through all, I was just going through few randomly. I think the best way to prepare is to make your own notes from your material and books.

If you are a doctor in a clinic, how you can retain a patient? Suppose the patient attack you, what you can do? It may take 5 minutes for the police to reach. If you scream in the clinic and say Killer, trust me you will creat a panic situation. In US, wherever you go you will be find.
