I just got a mail from a 3rd year resident of a program , saying sorry he couldnt meet me during the interview as he was busy and he asked abt my interview experience at the hospital and about cleveland.
Any idea what does this mean !!!

did you know him beforehand? or did he take the other residents on hospital tour etc?

no haven't met him nor do i know him beforehand
I dont think hes the chief resident as for now.

is it from the same program as the program where the PD wrote you an email too? med-peds?

it means nothing. People are just polite. He/she was scheduled to meet you on the IV day, but couldn't do it, so consider it like appology. GL!

its good sign. someties PD ask thier senior resident to keep in touch with those candidates whom they like and wants them to rank their prog high soooo

was it metrohealth med/peds program? how many applicants did they interview that day? Can you share your credentials?
