CAF mistake: need advise from residents please! - clue_less
#1
I made the mistake of including an experience on my Common Application Form as an upcoming research-related experience. However that did not work out, and I ended up doing a clnical observership.
Now that I cannot cannot chance the CAF as its already submitted to ERAS, what should be the right thing to do?
I have already interviewed and am worried about the credentialing verification. Would it be proper to let the program know after match results are out?

Do you think they check your credentials thoroughly?

I don't know. Thats part of my question: Do programs have credentialing services that verofy each and everything mentioned on resume?
What would be the best time to inform them of changes in resume?
