I did pick B just like you for the last quest...c

That's one is kind of tricky...I think CF leads to Cor pulmonale, with and increased vascular resistance=> C

and can you imagine these tricky questions mixed into the easy questions in an 8 block exam . . . ouch . . . I'll just trust my gut feeling.
