2.hiv pt female with cd<200 and leukoplakia....what next step of mgt op ...TMX SMX/TM SMX +pap smear/mmr/dtp/pap smear
3.smoker with 50pack yr hx,2wks h/o jvd,liver enlarged,pitting edema??....options LVF/constricted pericarditis/RVF/cm

how disc prolapse at cervical region presents...nerve compression..so both motor (lmn) & sensory changes...how will u distinguish from syringomyelia...plz explain it.
