kamali 78 dont be scared as doctor you should help scared people , be strong you can do it read kaplan well if this is your first exam know some basics like step 1 first aid do as much as question you can starting with uw q bank, there is no such test that can show your exact exam score becouse it depends from where you are geting the q i mean from the subject you know best or from the subject you know worst , nbme is test cost 45 usd with 4 blocks before exam you can take it , no more scare read well understand every line. everyone is passing you can do it.
