California letter.. Urgent help needed - superego

I am an IMG .I do not have gc and us citizanship.
I did not know that ssn is mandatory for california letter and sent my documents and money.
Is there any way to apply for ssn?
what should I do at this point?
Please help me

SSN is mandatory for CA letter. Your documents will be on hold till you provide SSN.If could not,I guess just wastage of money, good money.

hi..contact ssn office and tell them u need it in order to apply for cal letter and i guess u will get ssn if u show them the ptal application
