why not stop prednisone. b/c its not femoral head ?

this patient may have osteoporosis as SE of prednison but you canot stop prednison (addsn crisis) you may taper prednison.

yes guys remember the key there is LONG TERM you can't stop prednisone at once when it's been prescribed as long term you have to give high dose vitD and calcium
