i didnt receive any e mail and can still log in to NRMP.
But I guess they will send this to everybody. It shouldnt mean anythng

I got it at 2am.
It clearly says........Participation in this survey is voluntary. Choosing not to respond will not affect your match results in any way.

I got the email in my bulk mail early today. Wonder why it didn't come to my inbox. If you haven't received it yet, it means you might have deleted it by mistake or your spam mail has a filter for such mails. Goodluck to all of us........
