I'd go for progesteron cz estrogen makes u anorexic. not 100% though..............

ethic---pt has given wife poer of attoeney--has no specific order---now terminally ill cancer and chronic renal failure--has NG tube--had 3 repeated pneun---wife request to remove the NG tube---pt appears confortable and in no distress.
What will u say to wife about the NG tube--ehtical will worse condition---unethical w-ll worseen him-----ethical and improve him--ehtical and worsen him-----dont remove it evn if wife says so--- ans:?dont remove it evn if wife says so--[powr of attorney is invalid if the pt is concious,comfortable, and has capacity to take decision] |
