yes, Goljan audio is good, listen to renal part.
RPGN in uw is totally different from any book.

I did kaplan-53%, working on UW learning mode(1000 questions), read once homeedition kaplan books, exam on end of march this year. what next I sh do?

i can not give you any advice without risking make a mistake....sorry....the reason is i am still working in step 1 too, and still i do not know if my approach will succed or not.
I am following what succesful people here in forum have done. All they agree that masterize the concept is not enough, we have to be able to apply in a clinical vignete... So far i am doing the same as you, reading aplan books and trying to solve questions subject wise and tutor mode.
