i need suggestion to prepare for infectious dz.(using the forum or any other better way).forum seems a real good idea.

There are plenty of good books out there. I would recomend the following:

Microbiology Made Ridiculously Simple
Lange Microbiology and Infectious diseases
NMS Q&A Infectious Diseases

But remember to allways read Kaplan, FA, Crush, for the High Yield stuff. Best of Luck.
