I need desparately any hospital job i mean any internship or externship in HOUSTON since im a foreign medical graduate applying for the residency this year but i guess very slim chances coz dont have any US based experience my step 1 score is 84 and step 2 score is 82. I will be thankful and grateful for any kind of help in this respect

You should write to some of the programs (Baylor) that give a lot of electives to students. Although electives will be for students, sometimes they make exceptions. Particularly if you have passed both steps, I think you have a good chance. Write to the elective program directors, (write to all, or as many as you can). Someone might hear you out. Best of luck
