3. 18 yrs woman for routine exam. Regular menses at 28 interval. LMP 2 wk ago. Sexually active w/ one partner using condom inconsistently. Maternal grandmother: breast cancer at 65 yrs. Paternal grandfather: colon cancer at 72 yrs. Maternal grandfather: died of myocardial infarction at 66 yrs. PE: no abnormality. Screen test?

D. Testing for Neissena gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis
E. Urinalysis

4. 24 yrs man in ER, 1 hr after stumbling in the yard. BP 100/70, pulse 90, resp 16. pupils equal and reactive to light. Sclerae are injected. Laughs with no obvious reason, makes religious statements, asks if there?s anything to eat/drink. Mental exam: broad range of affect. No evidence of thought disorder except mild paranoia. Next step?
