got my results yesterday .. scored 75/186
very low .. but does that screw my dream of being a US physician?
please drop in few words if anyone knows of what can be done..

No It doesn't!
Check the Matching & Residency forum.
Many encouraging posts about low scores and still getting matched.
So there are a lot of other factors playing a role!
Do well in Step 2! You will make your dream!
