Hello!
According to NRMP there are still several open positions? Is there anyone still scrambling? Does anyone know why these programs, some of them even famous ones, are struggling so much to find the right candidate?

One PC told me last week they are not in any rush. The PD himself told me he will go on vacations and when he returns,he will see at the ERAS applicants to see who he will call for an interview.

But also a reminder, some programs are complete. they just don't report it to the NRMP.
