i think form 4 is tougher . you can say 3 and 5 are pretty much of same level. its good totake this form as it does represents the current usmle exam. there were many immuno and behavioral science questions.

hi sam,
i found 4 to be tougher than 3 . in form 5 ,1 block was really tough but rest was answerable.

my exam is after 15 days..... lets see hwo well or poori do in the exam as they say its your lluck how hard r easy exam you get .....btw where are you from india?? i am from gujarat...
