Hi, everybody, I am an IMG with GC and I have a limited money to spend on applications and Interview costs, no american LOR, no us clinical expeience but high scores in step1 and 2, how many applications should I send to get sufficient interviews for the Match? In which states do I have a good chance to get an Internal Medicine residency?

as you know the ist 40 programs are free, so go for community hosp. in ny, nj, oh, pa and il, with high scores you will for sure match esp. no visa issues, gl

What do you mean first 40 is free? as far as I know applying for 40 programs would cost you 60+80+150+250$.
