isnt htn considered as a cardiovascular co morbidity???

is pn vacc recomended in apt who is 45 yrs old with diag of HTN?? please answer

uw refers to a pt 45 yr old with HTN, but the option doesnt include pn vacc , so I was wondering if HTN is not a cvs cormorbidity??
