some confusion in FCVS online application - gunhkv

Hi

I was trying to fill the FCVS online application but at some point I got confused so just wanted some help from you all. there is a APPLICATION PURPOSE section with lots of option like...

1.for step3 exam
2.full license
3.limited license
4.training residency license
5.institutional residency
6.other license

SO just became confused what to choose?what are the meaning of these terms...if anybody could help me out I would be very gretaful to you.

I am going to apply in match this year...and planning to take me step3 in august..

I have EAD(EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT).

AND I got my ECFMG CERTIFICATE.

gunhv if you are only taking it in order to improve you chances for the match why don't you just go with a state that doesn't have any requirements and forget FCVS for now? Then once you matched if you do so in a state that requires a prelim license you can do so after match day.
Experience with FCVS says that they may delay your paperwork up to 6 months. So I was warned by other residents and that is why I went with CT.
