joints not involved in RA--Please teach me - caiiris

Hi Everyone,

I am reviewing IM. My question is what are the joints never involved in RA? Please! teach me. Thanks a lot in advance

DIP & vertebra(except atlanto-axial joint)

exactly as above.. if DIP is involved, think psoriatic arthritis.. plus silvery scaling lesions.. for atlanto-axial joint, make sure if u have a pt with RA, and it asks something about imagine and neck x-ray is there, consider it as a choice
