I read in all exam experiences posted , and in most books
that we introduce ourselves;
Hi I am Dr XYZ nice to meet you ( shake hand )
my question is : do we say our names or just XYZ
do I say Hi I am Dr. mikpoutou or I am Dr.xyz

Good morning Mr.XYZ, I am Dr. SSS and i am here to see you today as your physician.
Is everything in the room all right for you? (All patients will say yes)
That's good to hear. Let me make you more comfortable. (Drape the patient now, he will be happy and you will not forget to drape)
Ok Mr. XYZ, How can i help you today?
Oh, I am very sorry to hear that, i shall try my best to help you. Would you mind if i take a few notes as you speak? (The sp says yes and thank him, say that's kind of you)
Now Mr.XYZ can you tell me more about your problem?
