the only way you can get it if you do a search for a link on this forum. It's impossible to send renal physio lecture through email because of the huge size of the file. you can also check to see torrent sites such as limewire etc. I remember a little while ago someone did post a link for people to download it, so just type it in search at the left side of this page. good luck.
