suuppose any body cannot make step 3 at first time -after how many days he can apply again -how long it takes to approve- please give the time line because i have to pass this exam to get to third year next year

~ well after failing the exam you can apply immediately...as far as i know...
~ but you can take the exam only 4 times in 12 mths time period...that i am sure about!!!
