Hello Tulip123, I watched the DVD only once. It was not worth watching but if you have al ot of time on your hands then you can spare some time for it. Whatever he was saying in the DVD all is in the notes. The only benefit one can get is you can listen what you read and it helps for someone to remember stuff. One more thing "made redicously simple" is also a good book but I don't like it format. I did micro from "Javitz" a long time ago and then there is a gap. I'm using KAPLAN notes now.
