can anyone pls tell me what to do if there is no date for interview at the us embassay does h1b qualify for emergency interview

call us embassy paid no and ask them ,very simple

Yeah call the embassy or email them .They usually respond in 24 hrs to email

No, H1 interview does not come under emergency interview. The best thing is stay on line and keep trying for good 24 hours and you will get some date. Don't waste money on calling I know for sure H1 interview does not come under Emergency quota

this is the reply i got when i had date problem and i wrote to consular email.
I regret that we are unable to offer you an expeditd appointment to apply for a visa. Such appointments are reserved for those with urgent medical or humanitarian need of travel. Sincerely Consular Information Unit

yeah u r right first time h1b applicant do not qualify for the emergency interview.
i don know what i am going to do . as it is there is too much for me to worry and bother about in my life and now this.i pray i get an interview date atleast |
