God, i just find it in lange immunology. clinical features , 5. neurologic- peripheral neuropathy, particularly affecting lower exteremities, occurs in 70 % of patients. although mononeuritis multiplex is characteristic of PAN, many pts present with just a sensory "stocking glove" peripheral neuropathy. cranial n. involvement occurs uncommonly. central nervous system vasculitis may cause strokes because of infarction or rupture of microaneurysms with hemorrhage.
