also remember that spontaneousbacterial peritonitis in cirrhosis is caused by Ecoli most common the other agents are bacteroidis and other anearobes this is treated with ceftriaxone or amoxicillinplus clavulanate

but in nephrotic syndrome most common agent is pnemococcus and this is treated with with
ceftriaxone
