Hi,
Why FP is less desirable when compared to the other residencies?I know we will make less money when compared to others.Do you guys tell me any other reason for it`s bad reputation?Thanks.

FP is not so "undesirable"..actually the demand of FP has been going up for the past few yrs, almost as tough as Int Med to get into now. Paeds is what most Americans dont wanna do and hence the easiest residency to get into.

hey why the peds bashing.....u should try appling there if u thing thats so easy. and money wise as good as int med without need to do decent fellowship.only people with decent scores and experience get in.......definitelt above FP.
