it seems that for 10 positions the PD interviews 100 candidates......in short it is 10 times the number of positions available,
Now once u are offered an interview .....u have with U many candidates who have scores more than U and also less than U .
At the time of Interview Onwards does the score still play an important part......or once u have the interview ----ALL ARE EQUAL W.R.T. SCORES-------the only thing they look now ahead is the capability to prove ur personality ? ?
