Can intracranial pressure damage the oculomotor nerve resulting in its dysfunction?
If so you will have lack of pupilar dilation on ipsilateral side.

Dear !
Function of the oculomotor N is miosis of the pupil ,so when it is stretched ,its function is paralysed (First parasympathetic) -----------> Mydriasis (Internal opthalmoplegia)

If the sympathetic is paralyzed as in Hornor's syndrome ,then pupil is miotic (Because normal function of sympathetic is mydriasis )
